About Jo
I bring an open, pragmatic approach to my work. With over 20 years in the public and private health sector, I’ve built a friendly and supportive practice.
Everyone does their best to navigate life, but often we can be quite time poor – especially when it comes to looking after ourselves. Physiotherapy treatment must be tailored to each person’s individual needs, with achievable and practical solutions for my clients to implement easily.
In addition to my clinical work, I am involved in providing education for healthcare colleagues, fitness coaches and the general public. It’s a priviledge to be involved with raising awareness and standards in pelvic health care.
I am a fully qualified & accredited member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and CORU registered.
